At Select, we are aware that good health and safety is of the utmost importance in the success of our company, that’s why we make sure all of our daily operations are completed to a very high standard fully integrating health & safety regulations.
Training
Our employees are trained in-house to the highest standard. We undergo general health & safety training as well as specific training that conforms with all scaffolding regulations (i.e. CISRS training, SG4-10 and TG20-08).
We operate a yearly training plan for our employees, and make sure to undergo appropriate training where legislative or industry changes occur.
Employee Information & Instruction
At Select Scaffolds, we know the importance of a good health and safety culture and most importantly the safety of our employees this is why we make sure that our employees are given essential information and instruction to allow them to carry out their duties safely and responsibly. We carry out risk assessments and site meetings to ensure all of our employees and clients is of the HIGHEST PRIORITY.
Design
We have been working with our designer Ian Wilson at CAD Scaff for over 10 years. All of our CAD drawings and Calculations are checked by Ian. If for any reason you require an engineer site visit we can arrange this for you.
Inspection
Select Scaffolds have a team of fully qualified CISRS operatives on site to check field operations i.e. erecting, adapting and dismantling of scaffolds. We make sure that all inspections are carried out to the highest standard possible.
Accidents / Incidents
We pride ourselves for operating a zero tolerance accident/incident workplace, however these situations can sometimes arise, therefore we make sure that all accidents and incidents are reported to and investigated immediately by our Health & Safety Director. Select Scaffolds are constantly working to prevent any accidents/incidents .
HSE Notices / Breaches
Operating for over 10 years, Select Scaffolds hold and excellent health & safety record with no HSE notifications of investigation or prosecutions.
